Dining Room & Kitchen

Students dine daily in our homely kitchen area which also acts as a training facility for life skills,

for example washing dishes, setting tables, cookery, etc. Cathrina provides our students with a wholesome dinner each day,consisting of potatoes, meat, vegetables, pasta,salad etc. All dietary requirements are catered for.

Each morning the senior students prepare the kitchen by unloading the dishwasher and setting the tables. They also bring milk to each of the classes for morning break.

Our students also have the opportunity to participate in a weekly cookery class,each class having a particular day to try out new culinary skills which may simply be beans on toast or an adventurous chocolate cake.
