Greetings and festive cheers from the Daffodil Class! We’ve been buzzing with excitement as we transition from the spooky season to the merry spirit of Christmas. Our colour of the month is red, and we’ve been busy crafting red Christmas festive decorations for our classroom. We have done a super job — the classroom looks like our very own Winter Wonderland!
The holiday spirit is in full swing. We had a ball this week with a special performance by the Army Band and a visit from Santa. The highlight of the season is undoubtedly the upcoming Christmas dinner, where we’ll gather together for a delightful feast. This will be a first for Ella, Manuela, David and Harry. We really enjoyed our Christmas scavenger hunt around the school, looking for all things festive. We had a ball. We even made some festive baking.
We are thrilled to say we came first place in the Credit Union art competition, proudly displaying our creative skills. As the winter weather arrives, we enjoy dressing snugly and learning all about the fun that the season brings. We even learned to sign along to Santa Claus Is Coming to Town. We are really enjoying the festive season. Come back soon for more updates from the Daffodil Class!
