We are delighted to be back in school after the summer holidays. All of our students had a great summer and have returned eager to learn and take part in lots of new activities. We are very excited to have six students in the Daisy class, and everyone has settled back in so well.
This term, the students have started back swimming and are really enjoying being in the pool again. They are also visiting the college, where they are taking part in a variety of sports alongside the students there. These sessions have been a great opportunity to stay active, make friends, and try out new games.
The boys and girls have been learning all about autumn, exploring the colours, textures, and changes in nature at this time of year. Music has also been a highlight of the week, with everyone really enjoying the fun sessions with Niamh. The students have also been getting creative in their art classes with Martina, where they are experimenting with colours and materials to make wonderful seasonal artwork.
The Daisy class are also loving their time with friends, whether working together in the classroom or spending time out in the playground. They have enjoyed getting out and about, playing in the sunshine, and making the most of the outdoor space. Everyone has settled well back into the routine, which brings plenty of opportunities for fun and learning together.
It’s been a busy and exciting start to the term, and we are looking forward to lots more adventures in the weeks ahead!
