Daisies

Daisies

Welcome to the Daisy class! We have had so much fun this term learning about ourselves , Autumn and Halloween. We were all so happy to return to school to see our friends and our new classroom. In the Daisy class we love getting out for walks and out into the community. We have so much fun meeting people and visiting the shops and the local playgrounds.

We have been learning our circle time songs and Lámh signs and we all really enjoy engaging in our daily circle time activities. We have been working on learning our numbers and have enjoyed making puzzles and learning our friends’ names. We have had lots of fun decorating our classroom with our beautiful art work. We love sensory play and going to the sensory room here in the Daisy class. We have lots of fun going on the swing, the seesaw and the spinner. Some of us love going on the bike and playing ball. We enjoy listening to our sensory story of the month which was “Room on the Broom” this month . We had lots of fun exploring the characters from the story and using prompts to model the story. We all love music and enjoy listening to songs, clapping to the beat and using instruments to make our own beat. We are all looking forward to our midterm break and we are excited to return to school for a new term to learn all about Winter and our houses.
