Under current Covid 19 restrictions we are unable to take part in our weekly swimming lessons & sport at Athlone Institute of Technology. Special Olympics is a huge part of our extra-curricular activities in school and Covid 19 has not stopped us in our tracks! Some of our students are participating in Special Olympics virtual competitions in Gymnastics, Athletics & MATP. They are training hard and we wish wish them every success in their events.
Inclusion programmes: We engage in weekly community partnerships providing our children the opportunity to engage with students from our local secondary schools, however due to restrictions we are unable to provide inclusion programmes at present. We look forward to a time when we can re-emerge into our community and enjoy meeting up with everyone again.
